Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for the gaming and/or software industries? We are looking for an independent and driven freelance recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will collaborate with us to find top talent for a wide range of roles within the gaming industry.
What will you do:
- Recruit and select candidates for various positions in the gaming and software industries;
- Write engaging job descriptions and manage recruitment channels;
- Actively search for talent via various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks);
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, presenting the best candidates to hiring managers;
- Build and maintain a talent pool of professionals;
- Advise the team on recruitment strategies and market trends.
Location: Flexible / Remote
Hours per week: Between 10 and 20 hours per week
Contract type: Freelance
Requirements
Who are we looking for:
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the gaming or software industry;
- You have a strong understanding of the specific skills and roles within these sectors;
- You can work independently and manage multiple job openings simultaneously;
- You have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus);
- You are experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant tools;
- You are flexible and able to work up to 20 hours per week.
